Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) or HR Service Delivery refers to the solutions, processes and models that a business uses to deliver human resources services to employees. These services include; onboarding, onboarding, issue and case management, requests, employee relations and workforce optimisation.

A HRSD platform is a technology system used to manage HR services in a single system of record and action.

I already have a HR Information System (HRIS), why would I need to use a HRSD platform?

A human resources information system (HRIS) is a centralised database that contains employee, employer and other relevant information that is used in the primary functions of the HR team. HRIS systems can include:
